WE PROCESS EACH WILD GAME ORDER INDIVIDUALLY, THEREFORE THE MEAT YOU BRING IN, IS THE MEAT YOU LEAVE WITH!

All sausage is done in minimum 20lb. batches (ie. 10lbs. of your meat + 10lbs. pork = 20 lbs.)
